A conveyor system is only as good as its heart - the electronic control system. The demands for safety and functions have increased enormously. Accordingly, the control system of our intelligent conveyor systems is sophisticated.

We have been specialised in this for many years. Hardware and software are powerfully combined at Schierholz – for integrated quality without unnecessary interfaces. We use the Siemens S7-PLC as standard. If required, other control systems such as “Allan-Bradley” or “Rockwell” or “Profinet” or “Profibus” for fieldbus communication can be used. Naturally the connection to your ERP systems is also possible or the coupling of databases for order management or process data archiving to the PLC control system.
