Off-Highway

Our flexible Power & Free conveyor system simultaneously transports many small components as well as heavy or bulky ones horizontally and vertically through the production process. Special heavy duty lift units are used throughout the world for excellent handling at the loading and unloading stations in the off-highway sector. Our rotary stations have been tried and tested for sand blasting components. Interfaces for dipping plants or powder baking ovens can be easily realised. A special calculation program for the chain force optimally positions the caterpillar drive within the transport chain. This reduces wear and increases service life.
