The green tyres are very sensitive in their initial production stage and can easily be damaged. Green tyres only become high-performance tyres with appropriate properties in the vulcanising presses. We have developed a tyre gripper that easily handles tyres of different sizes specially for the tyre industry. The tried and tested Electric Monorail System above the machine level is used for transport. The conveyor system complies with different cycle times with precise positioning and responds flexibly to changes of product and production program.
